Oxford

Just over an hour from London Oxford is known as the ‘City of the Dreaming Spires’ for its beautiful historic buildings in golden limestone.

Visit one of the colleges to learn about the university and the many famous people who have studied here. Christ Church College was used as one of the locations for the Harry Potter films and its medieval hall gave inspiration for Hogwarts. Its usually possible to visit the College and have your photo taken against the backdrop of ‘Hogwarts’.
